Stayed at a place with amazing WiFi and a patio. Also, got to see cool contemporary art nearby. Loved the view of the garden and had a great time on the terrace. Counting down the days till I can go back!

The location was great really close to sea front, cafes & restaurants, the lovely, sandy beach and the North East, and had everything you needed. Could see garden from the window. The host made me feel at home.

Spacious and beautifully maintained apartment. Great location right next to the beach, perfect for romantic walks. Communication with hosts was brilliant, they were friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and TV with fast internet. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with a large cubicle and powerful spray. The cleanliness and orderliness of the property were impressive, and there was very little traffic noise despite being on a street. Meeting the host on arrival and being shown around was a nice touch.

One minor issue was a clunky radiator in the bedroom, but it was quickly resolved by adjusting the thermostat. For guests with protective dogs, having someone else on the property could be an inconvenience as it required going out with the dog.

Amazing experience here! I had a fantastic time during my 2-night stay, and I'm already looking forward to coming back soon. 🌟

The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and beautiful views of the seaside. The room was spacious, clean, and had a big comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and the shower had great water pressure. The service provided by the owner, Lesley, was exceptional, with her being friendly, approachable, and always available to help.

The heating system in the hotel was a bit unreliable, causing some worry about the bill and having to rely on blankets for warmth.

The property was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. the living room had a comfortable settee and a big TV. the internet was fast and reliable. the kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed. Parking was convenient and the location right on the seafront was great.
